Refund Policy
All sales done in this website are final and are only eligible for refund/return if the three conditions are met:
- The wrong item has been delivered to you.
- Request for refund/return is within 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery.
- The item to be returned is in original packaging and the same condition as it was delivered to you.
Cancellation and refund for reservation fees on pre-ordered items will only be allowed within 7 days from reservation date, otherwise the reservation fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.
Products are shipped with the best protection. Damages due to miscarriages by shipping couriers are not covered by the responsibility of Cards District and are not warranted for any return or exchange. Defects due to the manufacturing process of the products such as but not limited to: misalignment of print and cut, missing cards, and/or discoloration. Any unmentioned concerns should be communicated within 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery.
