UPDATE (as of May 18, 2020): Pursuant to the declaration that we are still under modified enhanced community quarantine (we are based in Laguna) until the end of May, we still cannot deliver orders locally through door-to-door and we also still cannot ship international orders. We really appreciate your very long patience and we assure you that we will ship out your order the soonest that our couriers accept deliveries or when the quarantine ends. However, for local orders, if you want to get your order shipped now, we can deliver it to your nearest LBC branch then you will pick it up there. You can view the list of open LBC branches here. UPDATE (as of April 7, 2020): Enhanced community quarantine has been extended to April 30, until then can we only ship out international orders. We hope that this pandemic ends very soon and that you and your families remain safe amidst this crisis.
We remain committed in providing our quality service amid this challenging crisis that we face. However, we are only operating at a limited level as we and our logistics partners comply with government regulations. Our online store remains open for orders however there will be significant delays with the delivery of your order. We also do not want our customers to risk going out and claiming orders through our free Cash on Pick-up delivery option. Thus, we offer free PH shipping directly to your doorstep for you to enjoy playing cards in the safety of your home for orders worth P2,000 and above. Our couriers ensure your orders arrive at a safe and sanitized manner but it will not hurt to be extra careful by disinfecting your package and washing your hands afterwards. For our international customers, we can only ship out orders once the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted, which is estimated to be on the 2nd week of April. This post will be constantly updated if there are changes with our service.
